12 July – 19 July 2021| Uber £701.02 | Bolt £267.35 | Ola £23.42 | Total £986.85
19 Jul – 26 July 2021| Uber £668.28 | Bolt £467.50 | Ola £65.24 | Total £1201.02
26 Jul – 02 Aug 2021| Uber £871.57 | Bolt £187.50 | Total £1059.07
This is my first earnings report in a year and the first since we have been classified as workers. The ‘other earnings‘ in the Uber breakdown is the weekly payment we now receive of holiday pay.
Work on all the apps post lockdown is consistent all day with pretty much unlimited work day and night. This is probably partly down to an increase in demand as riders start to take advantage and enjoy their freedoms now the restrictions have eased but also down to the reduced amount of drivers who stopped driving during the pandemic and never came back.
If your considering becoming an Uber driver, now would be a great time to get the ball rolling.

Hi Angelo
When you calculate your hourly earnings, do you include total time on the road (including time waiting for a job or pax ), or is it just the time when you are with a paid job or pax /occupied ride?
Many thanks for all your help,
thanks!!!
Hours worked is always hours online so from the moment you log onto the app to the time you log off. The great thing about being an Uber driver is that we don’t have wasted hours travelling to and from work for free and in fact costing us money. We start earning money the moment we log onto the apps.
Thanks for the support
Angelo
